  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

5. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), shipping charges will be refunded.
• In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation
